You will use a variety of tools and software, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Workday, to streamline our recruitment process. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and implementing onboarding programs that align with our company's values and goals. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and legal, with a strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other ATS
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs
• Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using Workday
• Assist with legal documentation and contracts
• Provide HR support to employees, including benefits enrollment and leave management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and legal
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Workday
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
