• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their financial needs are met.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote our products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Prepare and present regular reports on business performance and client feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of financial services.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of branch strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or client relationship management.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with financial products and services is a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently, both within and outside the branch.
