In this role, you will be responsible for managing our loan recovery process, from initial contact to final resolution. You will use our in-house recovery system, Kreditplus Recovery Management System (KRMS), to track and manage all recovery activities. This system is designed to streamline our recovery process, providing you with the tools you need to be effective. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the loan recovery process from initial contact to final resolution.
• Use Kreditplus Recovery Management System (KRMS) to track and manage all recovery activities.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure timely payment.
• Negotiate with customers to resolve outstanding debts.
• Collaborate with the collections team to ensure all outstanding debts are recovered.
• Provide regular reports on recovery activities to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan recovery or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in using Kreditplus Recovery Management System (KRMS).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
