📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision and creativity, ensuring high-quality standards
• Assist the head chef and other kitchen staff in maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Work efficiently during peak hours to meet customer demands
• Stay updated with culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve skills
• Participate in inventory management and food cost control
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including grills, ovens, and fryers
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene
• Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine, with a focus on premium steak and seafood dishes
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg
