As a Kitchen Assistant at Slavic Roots, you'll be an integral part of our kitchen team, working closely with our Head Chef and other culinary professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the preparation of food, ensuring that our dishes are cooked to perfection and served promptly to our customers. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, as well as assisting with inventory management and other kitchen tasks as needed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Head Chef and other kitchen staff in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high-quality food standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking ingredients and maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare and maintain food displays, ensuring they are presentation-ready for customers.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Assist with kitchen tasks such as dishwashing, stocking fridges, and maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
• Assist with special events and promotions, including menu planning and preparation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Passion for food and cooking, with a desire to learn and grow.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
