As a Compliance & Collections Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in managing and resolving financial discrepancies, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Your daily tasks will involve reviewing financial transactions, identifying and addressing compliance issues, and assisting in the collections process to minimize financial losses.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and review financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and address financial discrepancies, including errors, fraud, and non-compliance issues.
• Assist in the collections process by following up on overdue payments and resolving disputes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data.
• Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and industry standards to maintain compliance.
• Provide support to the finance team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Participate in audits and reviews to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Train and mentor junior staff on compliance procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance or collections role, preferably in a financial or corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and compliance standards.
• Proficient in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
