📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily production filling operations to ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
• Lead and mentor a team of production operators, providing guidance and support to achieve optimal performance.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures, including inspections and testing, to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant industry regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the cosmetic manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing production filling operations.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, including ISO standards and GMP.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Familiarity with production software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
