• Identify and source top technology talent for our clients
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews
• Present candidates to clients and negotiate offers
• Provide market insights and trends to clients
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in technology recruitment or a related field
• Strong understanding of the technology industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of successful candidate placements
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies
• Fluency in English and Indonesian
