📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and support staff.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared according to established recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory and ordering to ensure that the restaurant has the necessary supplies.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the restaurant owner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Experience in managing a team of staff in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
