Pratama Surya is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Cikarang, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and controlling project costs, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects.,Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to project managers and stakeholders.,Analyze cost data to identify areas of cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Collaborate with project teams to resolve cost-related issues and ensure project success.,Conduct site visits and inspections to verify cost accuracy and project progress.,Prepare and submit invoices and payment requests to clients and vendors.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and project costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in the construction industry.,Strong understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis.,Proficiency in using cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
