📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.,Conduct feasibility studies and prepare project proposals to secure client approval and funding.,Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff to ensure high-quality work and adherence to company standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, architects, and contractors, to deliver successful projects.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance procedures.,Manage project budgets and resources, and report on project progress to stakeholders.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during project execution.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the engineering or construction industry.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and construction techniques.,Proficiency in using engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant tools.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
