Warung Fajar Kebab is looking for a Lead Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises and staff. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, monitoring access, and responding to any security threats. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure workplace.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent and detect any security breaches.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of the facility.,Respond to and investigate any security incidents or threats.,Maintain and operate security equipment such as alarms, cameras, and access control systems.,Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance.,Provide security support during events and special occasions.,Supervise and train junior security staff.,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security or a related field.,Valid security guard certification or license.,Strong knowledge of security laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities.,Proficiency in using security equipment and technology.,Ability to supervise and train staff.
