Cemerlang Oil is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Guard to join our team in Ciputat. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, personnel, and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily security operations and ensure compliance with all security protocols and procedures.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections of the premises to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, to detect and respond to any security incidents.,Investigate and report security incidents, accidents, or breaches to the appropriate authorities and management.,Train and supervise security guards and other staff on security procedures, emergency protocols, and safety measures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of security activities, incidents, and personnel.,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other security personnel as needed to ensure the safety and security of the premises.,Enforce company policies and regulations related to security and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security guard roles, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory position.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent experience.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.,Knowledge of emergency protocols and safety measures.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous activities.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
