📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.,Implement and maintain standard operating procedures.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Resolve operational issues and escalate critical problems as needed.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
