📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Conducting feasibility studies and providing technical recommendations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new products and technologies.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes.
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
