📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Supervise and train junior cashiers to ensure high standards of service.,Handle cash deposits and withdrawals, and maintain accurate financial records.,Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure proper reconciliation of financial records.,Monitor cash levels and inventory to prevent shortages or excesses.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.,Assist in the organization of clinic events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier in a healthcare setting.,Proven experience in managing cashier operations and financial transactions.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with healthcare billing and coding systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.,Proficiency in using computer software for financial management.
