📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients.,Handle financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.,Assist clients with account inquiries and transactions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a banking or customer service role is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of financial transactions and banking procedures.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with computer systems and software is a plus.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (office and remote).
