📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to senior management.,Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders, as required.,Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and financial projections, and ensure accurate and timely financial recording and reporting.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, and implement necessary adjustments to financial policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
