📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead the development of innovative food products by conducting market research and analyzing consumer trends.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to design and prototype new food products using tools like FoodSim and InnoCentive.
- Ensure all new products comply with food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct taste tests and gather feedback to refine product formulations.
- Work with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and ensure cost-effective production.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and make data-driven improvements.
- Present innovation ideas to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest food technology trends and industry developments.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food product development or a similar role.
- Proven track record of developing successful food products.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Proficiency in using food development software such as FoodSim and InnoCentive.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
