📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage all design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and company standards.
• Develop and implement design strategies that align with our clients' needs and our company's goals.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are feasible and effective.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform our design approach.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, and provide clear, concise explanations of design decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field, with at least 10 years of experience in design leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering design projects.
• Strong understanding of design principles, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
• Familiarity with design industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet client needs and company objectives.
