Lingkungan Kirana Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Deputy Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports and forecasts.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of coffee and the coffee industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is an advantage.
