📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the department and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve our business goals.,Monitor departmental budgets and ensure that all financial targets are met.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our department's needs are met and that we are supporting the overall success of the company.,Attend and participate in company meetings and events, as needed.,Ensure that all departmental policies and procedures are followed and that our team is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, management, or a related discipline.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.,Proven ability to develop and implement effective strategies to improve performance and achieve business goals.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as project management software, financial analysis tools, and communication platforms.,Ability to represent the company at industry events and conferences, as needed.
