📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure the timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid system failures and extend equipment lifespan.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Document all maintenance activities and keep records of work performed.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new systems as needed.
• Participate in emergency response and repair activities to minimize downtime.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably in MEP systems.
• Proficient in using tools and equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and plumbing tools.
• Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems (EMS) is a plus.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards, such as NEC and IEEE.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
