📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to drive business growth.,Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and support.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Manage and mentor a team of account managers.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales targets are met.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and client management.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
