PT Giraffe Group Indonesia is seeking a skilled Concrete Batching Plant Operator & Technician to join our team in Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our concrete production facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete technology and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain concrete batching plants to ensure efficient production of high-quality concrete.,Monitor and control the mixing process to maintain consistency and quality.,Perform regular maintenance and repairs on the batching plant equipment.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and order new supplies as needed.,Conduct routine checks and tests to ensure the quality of the concrete produced.,Train and supervise junior operators to ensure high standards of performance.,Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and new technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating and maintaining concrete batching plants.,Knowledge of concrete technology and mixing processes.,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Ability to work in a team and supervise junior operators.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations as required.,Valid driver's license (preferred).,Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
